Often times a work piece requires a protective finish, or a finish to make it pop a little more. This page will cover the different types of finishes I offer.

I'm still hashing out the details, but these are the finishes I can currently think of. I'll eventually have example images of all the finishes.

Pre-burn:
The entire surface of the work piece is lightly burnt with a propane torch prior to machining.

Post-burn:
The surfaces surrounding any cuts are lightly burnt after machining.

Spray paint:
The work piece is painted prior to machining. Most suited where most of the material is being machined, as the high points will remain painted.

Lettering:
Letters/shapes are painted with craft paint after being cut, and any over painting is sanded away.

Pre-stain:
The entire work piece is stained before machining, this is most suited for when only cutting letters/designs into a plaque.

Post-stain:
The entire work piece is stained after machining, this is most suited for 2.5d or 3d jobs. Lettering and surface designs will not stain much differently rendering them less visible.

Clearcoat:
A protective poly layer applied after any other finishes.
